At Pro Audio, we stand by the quality of our professional sound equipment and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the perfect gear for your studio or stage. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and software licenses.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pro Audio account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Gear
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables and components are included, and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
